1) An incredibly beautiful and touching short film is a parable about envy, malice and mob mentality. There is something deeper here that cannot leave anyone indifferent. The grey crowd is scary, defiling what is quite different and unlike them. The music that complements the picture is not just classical, but also a modern rhythm. It is true that classical music is immortal. It is combined with a very interesting story. This plot is still so original revealed! Everyone can delve into this search as far as their horizons and life experience allow them. I have never seen such voluminous characters in any other short film. Furthermore, none of the characters say anything, but how crystal clear everything is! The duration of the short film is only 10 minutes, but it left a lot of indescribable emotions. 2) Also I want to describe the book where a bullying situation is represented. «The Perks of Being a Wallflower» is a novel by American writer Stephen Chbosky. Charlie is coping with the suicide of his friend. He is a real quiet guy, and he gets into the world of 17-year-olds, but you know what happens there. At school, Charlie finds the only friend and mentor in his English teacher, Bill. During the course of the school year, Charlie deals with bullies, he experiments with drugs and drinking, and he makes friends, loses them, and gains them back. Unfortunately, bullying at the school was very negatively reflected in his success.
The video I've just watched impressed me a lot. I find it very touching and tragic. As I see, it tells us a story about someone really great, someone very courageous and dignified. And about his surrounding, poor and unworthy. And it was their meanness and envy which made them hate and bully someone who was better than them. But nevertheless he persisted and their spite was not able to prostrate him till the end. And as we can see, someone with such a dark soul was so weak indeed and it was very easy to restrain him. For some reason this story reminds me the story of Jesus Christ. And it also reminds me one film I've watched before. It is called "Powder" and it's not very popular but very deep and worthy. The film tells us about a guy who was too good for this weaked world and met only hatery and hostility treating people with the best intentions. It is a rather sad story but instructive as well. People all over the world are so evil and spoiled that we don't desrve good attitude, because we can't see and appreciate it. But anyway I don't lose hope and faith in humanity. And neither should you.
1)Beautiful short cartoon. The music is perfectly combined with the plot and production. The paper-gray images that were constantly blown away by the wind are very well thought out, and suddenly there was a white image that protected everyone from the wind and guided them. A beautiful ending. Although I do not like such cartoons, but I really liked this one. I did not even expect that this way you can convey the effect of a gray crowd in 10 minutes and that even one different from them will not become the same as them. The cartoon touches you to the core and makes you think. It is worth a look. 2)I remembered a book which had read with the group. It's called "Lord of the Flies". We also watched a movie. The adaptation of the famous novel by William Golding treats the original much more carefully, allowing only minor digressions. For example, in the film there is no Lord of the flies — the head of a pig impaled on a stake. Otherwise, everything is pretty accurate. A group of English school children are stranded on a desert island after a plane crash. Children are trying to play civilization, to establish rules and regulations, but all this is quickly slipping into anarchy. Harsh conditions do not promote the development of consciousness, but they sharpen the hunting instincts. And now the boys are hunting the former leader, as they recently hunted a wild pig.
1) From the very beginning, the screen is divided into two parts - black and white. It speaks of the eternal problem of good and evil, good and bad. So, people walking along this black road are tired, exhausted, without hope for a good future. They are doomed, it is dark and gloomy in their souls. But suddenly a man appears among them who has kept in his soul something pure, bright. It is faith and hope that everything will be good. He shares his good with people and instills this faith in them. They follow him and understand how easy it is for them. But the world is full of envy and anger. There are people who denigrate this white and beautiful. They use all means, rumors, gossip to denigrate their opponent. All together they destroy what saved them in a difficult time. But everyone knows that faith and good don’t perish, they are resurrected and reborn with a new vengeance. People understand that they ruined the good, pure, beautiful in themselves, which helped them in a difficult time. As a result, they try to fight their vices, with the black side of their souls. 2) The plot of the video reminded me of biblical times. People were dark and tired. It was hard for them to live. Christ appeared among them and people followed him. He taught them how to cope with the difficulties of life. Now they have faith and it has become easier for them to live. But there are people who are not happy with this. They want people to remain dark, to obey them. So they bribed Judas, who betrayed and ruined his teacher with the help of people who did not understand what they were doing. But good doesn’t perish, it resurrects. So, in the souls of people, the good, pure, beautiful that people had from birth. This is faith and hope. It was easier to live with these people. But good does not perish, it resurrects. So, in the souls of people again come out the good, pure, beautiful that they had from birth. It is faith and hope. It was easier and better for people to live with it.
1) I can't find the right words to describe what's going through my head after watching the video. Unusual drawings accompanied by great music. The artists elegantly conveyed the entire essence of today's humanity in a ten-minute film. I believe that the authors were trying to convey the idea that if a person thinks differently, looks different from others or just thinks differently, then in ordinary society they will not be able to live in peace. Or rather they won't let him live. Unusual people can live normally if they have the support of their loved ones. If there were less evil and bad thoughts in people, there would be balance and peace in the world. What I really want to see, if not in the present, then at least in the future. I would like to mention the music, without which it would be impossible to convey the beauty of the film. I listened to it in different languages, but it gives me the same creeps. 2) After watching the video, I remembered the movie "Miracle", which also shows the attitude to an unusual boy. On the one hand, the boy August Pullman is the same as other boys of his age - he likes to go to birthday parties with friends, plays computer games, is a fan of "Star wars", plays with his dog, quarrels and makes up with his older sister. On the other hand, he's not like other boys his age. First of all, August never went to a normal school - since the first grade, his mother took care of Him at home. Secondly, August had 27 operations. Due to a very rare but sometimes occurring genetic error, Augustus has no face. And this is the kind of boy who should go to school. For the first time. To ordinary children. At school, he meets with the publishing house from the side of his peers. No one supports it. Only one classmate came to his defense. With his help, August believed in a miracle. He believed that he could live as an ordinary person and had every right to do so
1.In fact, the cartoon largely reflects our society. It is a gray, impersonal crowd. Everyone is equal. As soon as there is someone who is different from others, they try to either make him the same as themselves, or, if it does not work, get rid of him. Even if he once helped this crowd. Because you can't be different. The crowd can't stand it. And only after ruining what is bright, sincere, innocent, honest, the gray mass understands that it was wrong. But it is too late to change anything, we can only remember, sigh, deify, pray... But at the same time the cartoon has a biblical meaning. The white crane represents Jesus Christ. He leads people, but then they reject him because he is different. Jesus forgives them and revives again. He serves as a light and guides them in this dark time. He is forgiving. Now people accepted him and saw him as an idol. At the end, one black crane strayed from the flock. And I think either he represents Judas, or he just became an outcast because he didn't share the worship of other people 2. This cartoon reminds me one novel “Scarecrow” by Vladimir Zheleznikov. The main character is twelve-year-old Lena Bessoleva — new girl in the class. She stands out among her classmates in character and appearance. And when the naive and kind Lena took the blame for Dimka Somov, classmates do not hesitate to go from words to merciless harassment. Lenka's strength of character and tenacity are admirable. She believes to the last that Dima will admit that he is guilty. But the frightened boy has no choice but to join the others. Vladimir Zheleznikov focuses on the dominance of public opinion in the eyes of the child. On his fear of standing out from the crowd, of turning it against him. In this situation, it is important to explain to the child that he should not be afraid to express his opinion, different from others. Because some children without a doubt will share it.
This animated short movie is quite dramatic to my mind despite the way it is filmed, using paper characters. I think it represents the problem of acceptance of otherness or intolerance to it. By the end of the film you understand that the characters did not realize their fault. That makes you concider that the tolerance isn't something that can be easily developed by someone who is close-minded. And I loved the piece that sounds throughout the film. It creates the whole mood of the story and contributes to the narration of it.
There is another movie where bullying takes place. It is a soviet movie titled "Scarecrow" Lena, the main character comes to a new school in Tarusa where she lives with her grandfather who is known in the town as an strange collector of paintings. After all her new classmates run away from lessons, the teacher catches Dima Somov, with whom Lena had friendly relations, and exposes his classmstes. Later the whole class is looking for a traitor. When Dima does not find the courage to admit that it is him, Lena takes the blame on herself. That's what makes her an outcast.
The cartoon Adagio left a great impact on me. I remember watching it when I was studying in school. And I remember how much I didn't like it. Not because of the story itself, but because of the feelings I had when watching it. It was so beautiful and deep, yet so sad and tragic. Unfortunately, it represented the society we live in and our human natute. We can't treat people good if they are not like us. No matter how many good things you do for others, until you are not the part of the society you live in, you will never be accepted. And only after they loose you they will understand what kind of a beautiful, precious soul you were. After watching this cartoon I think no one can remain indifferent.
The Last film I watched where the topic of bulling is represented was "Best days". It is a true story about a girl who was very poor. She lived in a distict for poor people. Her mother was always leaving her for work so she was living by herself. She was very smart and wanted to enter a prestigious unuversity. But some girls from her class ddin't like that, so they bullied her. It is a very sad story, with lots of cruelty and it amazes me that it was true. I think that everyone has to watch as it can teach a lot.
This short but instructive 10-minute film made a strong impression on me, since the problems raised in this film adaptation are very relevant at all times. It affects such negative characteristics of people as anger, envy and blind following the crowd. And what could be worse than these traits inherent in many? This film is unlikely to leave anyone indifferent, because the background, music, color palette, and most importantly the plot, are very saturated and memorable. I am sure that everyone should watch this, because many people recognize themselves among the crowd, and I hope they will think about their behavior and attitude towards others who are more defenseless and weak. As I said, the problems raised in the film are very relevant at all times. There are many books, tetral plays, songs, poems, parables, etc. But the same indelible mark as this short film was left in my memory by the book “Portrait” by Nikolai Vasilyevich Gogol, where the main character-artist is riddled with envy and anger, which ultimately led him to misfortune. Envious of other artists, he bought up their works and burned, just because he could not bear the beauty that others could reflect. As a result, Chartkov was completely mad and died in suffering and torment. Thus, we can conclude that envy, anger, following the crowd are always doomed to misfortune and repentance.
The cartoon "Ajal" touched me very much. It perfectly reveals the modern problems of the society in which we live. Many people are bullied because they are different. The same problem is addressed in the cartoon. It is impossible to look at it without tears. Most people are treated badly, disrespectfully towards each other, despite all the good deeds. People don't like it when you're not like everyone else. They begin to change you in a way that is convenient for them. Which reflects the plot of the cartoon. The music of this cartoon is very dramatic, and it also touches the heart, so that no one will remain indifferent after viewing. This cartoon reminded me of the movie and the book "Lord of the flies", which also reveals the problem of bullying. Jack constantly teased and bullied the pig boy. After all, Jack was older and stronger, but this is not a reason for bullying.
Society really bad perceives the so-called "white crows". These are people who behave differently, people who are somehow different from others. They are often harassed, persecuted, and their actions are considered erroneous. But it often happens that people who are not very well perceived in society during life, after their death are perceived differently. Their actions and deeds are reinterpreted and it often happens that they were right, in contrast to the "gray mass" condemning them. One of the most striking examples of such persecution was Paul Gauguin. He is the author of the most expensive painting ever sold in the world, "When is the wedding?". One of the greatest post-Impressionists. During his life, his paintings were not taken seriously and his passion for painting was generally perceived as a fad, a lot of people believed that he just went crazy. He began to write at an advanced age and left everything for painting – a prestigious job, a good income, his family. He was bullied and he was often subjected to harassment from people. In recent years, Paul Gauguin lived in poverty and died of leprosy in Tahiti. But after his death, he was perceived as a great artist, and his paintings are famous all over the world. Despite the fact that this cartoon is too short it conveys a lot of new impressions. The story tells about the tragedy of the leader. It tells that society a little warry of new experiences. Also cartoon raise the problem of consequences after the arrival of new ideas in the world. Mostly this cartoon is about intolerance. About intolerance to a foreign denomination, intolerance to another color of skin. Also i want mention the film and book "The hate U give" that raises the problem of bullying. The story is about a teenage girl from the black ghetto. Starr is torn between two worlds – her home in a troubled poor neighborhood and the prosperous school where she studies with white children. Starr's situation is complicated when she becomes the only witness to a police officer shooting her unarmed friend, a suspected drug dealer. It shows people's attitude to another people that are not like them. We should draw conclusions from such stories not to let them to happen in our surroundings.
