Definitely. That's just a bit strange, considering the initial direction of the Church's outer politics. Especially Pope's words, 'the Church should be on the streets'. Among who will they spread the Word then? I agree, there are special closed communities, but they are usually for, so to say, "family circus", there's nothing about homily.
