Thank you for being interested in my humble opinion, sr-asunsion) Well, I personally tend to look for good gualities in both students and employees. As for the list, missing are the things typical of our local work culture, I mean red tape, neglecting responsibilities and deadlines, putting personal relations above corporate interests. Don't you think that'd deadlier than backstabbing or gossiping, let alone smelly food?
Your opinion seems to become my priority these days more than ever, you know. Well, these are both connected with the last point, aren't they. It's all about some vile human features, that are the most difficult to get rid of. Especially when people don't want to and find it very convenient.
